Marwan's previous roles include Managing Partner - KSA at ShiftIN, Partner at Sia Partners, Board Member at Entrepreneurs' Organization, Riyadh Chapter, and Change Management & Learning Manager at SABIC.
Marwan has also served as the Co-Active Leadership Program Leader at the Co-Active Training Institute, and as an Affiliate, Facilitator, and Executive Coach at McKinsey & Company. Additionally, Marwan has worked as Leadership Faculty and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership.
