Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders in Automotive and Battery companies. Build strong, strategic, and trusted relationships, positioning yourself as a valued advisor to client CXOs and key partners in the Automotive and Battery ecosystem.
- Nurture and qualify leads through needs analysis, value proposition communication, and solution design. Lead proposal development in collaboration with specialized teams (including Solutions Design, Offer Department, and Project Management Office) to craft comprehensive and innovative solutions for Automotive and Battery companies
- Oversee multiple consulting engagements to develop new digital strategies, capabilities, and competitive differentiators for our clients and ensure completion as per plan and client expectations – with strong appetite and knowhow of technology-rich strategy consulting projects
- You will develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy for your assigned client accounts within the Automotive and Battery industry. By leveraging the Siemens and Siemens Advanta portfolio, you will create innovative, sustainable solutions to meet the specific needs of Automotive and Battery companies in support of their digital transformation journeys.
- As one of the members of our Siemens Advanta extended leadership team, be the face to our senior clients and build strong trust-based, long-term relationships translating into future business opportunities.
- Develop Thought Leadership and support marketing activity to build the profile of our business.
- Drive the entire sales process, including forecasting, account strategy, cost estimation, and negotiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deal closure, ensuring that each solution is tailored to the client’s unique needs.
- Lead the creation of specific value propositions for your clients, integrating Siemens, Advanta, and partner capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions that meet the unique challenges of Automotive and Battery companies and their sustainability and digital transformation journey’s
- Support the implementation of Advanta's strategy and drive transformation to ensure our roles as “Transformational Lead”, “Implementor for first-of-its-kind”, “Value Optimizer” with Siemens.
What you need to make real what matters.
Education
- Outstanding university/ business school degree (MBA, PhD), ideally in business, engineering, natural science, or IT from a globally renowned university
Experience & Skills
- ~15 years of experience in Automotive or related industry and/or Advisory and Consulting sector with focus on the Automotive and Battery industry; and with focus on digital transformation especially in business operations (i.e., R&D, manufacturing and supply chain)
- Existing network of potential future clients for Siemens Advanta to start building your own platform
- Several years of experience in technology-driven services or solutions, with a proven track record in developing and delivering projects focused on the Automotive and Battery industry. Experience in application development and driving business growth in these areas is a must.
- Deep domain knowledge of the Automotive and Battery industry. You will be able to develop tailored, industry-specific proposals and use cases.
- A strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, IT, and OT. Knowledge of the integration of these technologies into connected solutions is critical.
- Experience working with international teams and clients on cross-border projects, adapting solutions to different cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics.
