Frost & Sullivan is seeking hiring an associate – Business support from reputed Universities for its Riyadh office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support it business in Marketing, administration, and HR activities. The position offers a unique opportunity to learn about Administration and human resources in consulting firms.
Overview
You will work closely with KSA office manager and with KSA leaders, as well as likely exposure to live interaction with the senior management team of client organizations.
Responsibilities
Administration (20%)All government related activities with MOL, GOSI, Muqeem, MOI ..etc. ONLINE AND ONSITE VISIT
Property & Space Management
Asset Management, facility cost management, and travel management.
Vendor Management, Procurements & Purchases
communication with banks.
Translation
Marketing – (60%)
Social Media
Newsletters
Activities inside and outside the office
Event management
Market analysis
Coordination with external agencies
Media coordination
Offline marketing activities
Joining the commercial team in events
Supporting all publications of FS KSA such as videos, posts
HR & Talent acquisition - (20%)
Headhunting for candidates
Screening potential candidates

Qualifications
- Recent graduate with bachelor's in Marketing, Administration, Human resources or related
- GPA 3.0/4
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Understanding of market research and/or strategic marketing techniques
- Primary and Secondary research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Arabic and English)
- Responsive to critical situations / adherence to timelines and milestones
- Excellent in MS suite (word, excel and PowerPoint)
- A self-starter invested in your future
- A persuasive communicator
