As a manager at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Digital Transformation (DT) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients.
Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our DT clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.
Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Key responsibilities
̶ Partner with clients across the different sectors to deliver innovative and strategic digital transformation programs.
̶ Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work is continually on track, delivering clear benefit to the client in both the short and long term, and adhering to budgets and schedules while maintaining high utilization.
̶ Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in strategy, operations, and/or organizational effectiveness within the digital transformation value chain.
̶ Contribute to the development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital.
̶ Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop, and extend client relationships..
̶ Mentor and apprentice junior colleagues, helping them hone and develop their professional skills and experience.
̶ Participate in firm-building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring..
