Management Consulting Manager (On-site)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising consulting projects, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage client relationships, developing and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify clients' needs and devise customized solutions.
- Develop project proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
- Manage project teams and provide guidance, support and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for business development and participate in the development of new proposals.
- Represent the company at conferences and other professional events.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of management consulting experience.
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
