Senior Manager/ Manager Strategic Consulting UAE/ KSA based

A senior manager is a mid-senior-level position and is considered part of the leadership team within Strategic Consulting. You will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing and driving consulting projects that span various aspects of the real estate industry. The role of Senior Manager will involve sourcing, leading, and managing consulting assignments across the MENA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business development, collaborating with various departments with JLL, cross-selling the various services, and supporting the SCON Head in admin-related matters related to receivables and team-related matters.

A manager is a mid-senior-level position and is considered part of the leadership team within Strategic Consulting. The role of manager will involve sourcing, leading, and managing consulting assignments across the MENA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business development, collaborating with various departments with JLL, cross-selling the various services, and supporting the SCON Head in admin-related matters related to receivables and team-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique goals and challenges in the real estate sector. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Lead in the review, analysis, and development of strategies for new business opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, participate in client acquisition, and contribute to the growth and success of the consulting practice.
• Lead client communications during project execution.

Project Leadership: Lead project teams, including consultants and analysts, in delivering high-quality real estate consulting services. Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Execution of Assignments:

• Ensure the execution of deliverables as per offers and the allocation of tasks within the consulting team.
• Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.
• Supervise the financial modeling and analysis.
• ‘Big Idea’ for project development models.

Strategic Advisory: Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, offering innovative solutions to real estate challenges, such as property acquisition, asset optimization, portfolio management, and market expansion.

Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and data-driven assessments to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.

Financial Analysis: Evaluate real estate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess the feasibility of real estate development and investment projects.

Report and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate regulations and ensure that clients are in compliance with all relevant laws.

Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Enhance and promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Respect and adhere to the corporate Code of Business Ethics.
