Our Senior Consultant play pivotal roles in supporting the delivery of project engagements, service delivery, and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They engage in designated focus areas, ensuring diligent monitoring and successful execution of projects that align with agreed outcomes.
Operating across various sectors including transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector, the Middle East team addresses challenges in innovation and business transformation. Guided by experienced managers, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in a wide range of missions:
Project Delivery and Management:
- Contribute to various work streams within complex projects, ensuring regular progress updates and strategic alignment with client goals.
- Conduct high-level analyses and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Lead meetings effectively to drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring they align with broader strategic objectives and deliver on key performance indicators.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Independently draft significant sections of business proposals, contributing to the team’s growth objectives.
- Play a significant role in proposal development and the qualification of new business opportunities, expanding our market reach.
Client and Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their ongoing professional development and significant contribution to project deliverables.
- Coach others in the effective use of consulting tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements, applying tailored solutions to complex business challenges.
- Manage project teams comprehensively, fostering team development while exemplifying and promoting core company values.
Sector Expertise and Thought Leadership:
- Possess a deep understanding of industry landscapes, business concepts, and key stakeholders, which informs strategy and execution.
Contribute to the internal life of the firm through various initiatives:
- Developing or enhancing our offerings through training sessions and working groups.
- Contributing to our publication policy through articles, studies, and press releases.
- Expanding new business activities by responding to tenders and drafting commercial proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record of client engagement and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Innovation and/or business transformation topics and project management.
- Enhanced interpersonal skills, capable of fostering client relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to inspire and influence the decisions of executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of leading analytical projects and interpreting complex data sets. Ability to extract insights and implications from data sets collections.
- PMP certification is highly desirable
- Business proficiency level in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is a must
