Associates will typically have:
- a post-secondary degree (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree or equivalent) from a top-tier business or engineering university
- up to four years of work experience in industry/consulting
- international experience acquired through internships or study abroad
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proven leadership and team experiences
- excellence in personal achievements, e.g., social organizations, personal endeavors, sports
- proficiency in the use of computer programs and tools, e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, databases
- business-level fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
